Order

All orders are processed the first working day after receipt of payment and packaged in a discreet, sturdy padded envelope.
If you have paid by credit card, your order will probably be shipped the same day depending on the time of purchase (before 17:00 h).
In the case of the transfer and deposit in account when we receive the confirmation of the deposit we will proceed to prepare your order, and when the transfer becomes effective it will be sent to you.

Track your order

Once the purchase has been validated on our website, we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you used to register on our website with your order number. Subsequently you will receive another email with the tracking number of your order. With this number you will be able to easily locate where your order is and we will be able to verify that you have received it correctly.
