Returns

The exchange of the product will only be admitted when it is justified that the product received is incorrect with respect to the order placed or there is a defect in the product, and provided that the use of the product has been limited to the mere verification of the correct content of the order by the user. In the event of an error in the shipment or a defect in the product, Spanish Passion Seeds undertakes to exchange the defective product for another one, provided that it is available. In the event that the change cannot be made, the amount of the product will be refunded within 15 calendar days. Spanishpassionseeds.com will not accept the return of any product that suffers deterioration attributed to the client.
