Shipping and Delivery Times

At Spanish Passion Seeds we pay special attention to the privacy of our customers. We treat all orders with absolute discretion, which is why we use special packaging without any indication of its contents or our brand. In our packages we only use the initials S.P.S. as the sender to preserve discretion.

All our products are shipped in bubble-wrapped packages to protect the products and ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition.

Orders are shipped as soon as we receive your payment. Delivery times depend on the payment method selected, as well as the country of delivery. Credit card payments are the fastest, while bank transfers and ATM deposits can take up to 5 working days to reach our accounts. Once we receive confirmation of the payment, we will proceed to prepare your order, and once the transfer has been made, it will be shipped.

Delivery deadlines

Spanish Passion Seeds only works with express delivery. If you make the purchase before 17:00 h your package will be delivered the next working day after the time of admission, while if the time of purchase is after 17.00 h your package will be delivered within two working days after admission.

In the case of Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra and Gibraltar your parcel will be delivered the second working day after receipt of payment.

If your shipment cannot wait until Monday, your order can be delivered on Saturday until 14:00 hours by choosing option.

Your order will always arrive before 19 hours and you can choose between home delivery or pick it up at the nearest post office. In the case of non-receipt due to absence at home, the delivery person will contact you by telephone to locate you and arrange a new delivery. If you cannot be reached, a new delivery will be generated for the following day, which you will be able to follow with the tracking number.

It is necessary that you provide us with a contact telephone number for the transport agency, so that it is easier for them to make the delivery.

Shipping costs

All our shipments are free of charge for orders over €40.

The shipping rate varies depending on the country of destination. The system automatically calculates the rate to be applied and this is reflected in the final price before validation of the purchase.

Customs

Customs responsibility rests solely with the buyer and is subject to the applicable laws of the country of destination.

We do not ship to Australia, Chile, USA and South Africa.
